Special Containment Procedures: No special storage procedures are required for SCP-612. It is to be kept in a locked safe-deposit box at Site 19's High Value Item Storage Facility. Standard positive-action defenses (explosive, chemical, biological, and memetic) are to be in place at all times, according to standard operating procedure.
No individuals or humanoid SCPs under the age of eighteen are to be allowed to interact with SCP-612 under any circumstances, and those under the age of thirty must receive examination to confirm that they have indeed "grown up". Individuals with an IQ of less than 85 are also not to be allowed to interact with it, to avoid risk of it considering them sufficiently child-like to imprint upon.
Description: Discovered in 19██ at [DATA EXPUNGED] along with SCP-611 and SCP-6131, SCP-612 resembles a perfectly normal Cabbage Patch Kid™, with [DATA EXPUNGED]. Tests of 612's physical and chemical make-up have found it to be a perfectly normal child's toy with no unusual properties, aside from those mentioned below.
The "doll" was given to the middle child of █████ ███████'s three children, █████ (hereby referred to as SCP-612a) as a nineth birthday present. Its unique properties began to appear almost immediately, causing SCP-612a to become obsessed with the object, and would respond to attempts to separate him from it with strength and brutality unheard of in a normal child.
SCP-612 and SCP-612a could not be separated by any means, and before the suspicious circumstances of █████ ███████'s death (now attributed to [DATA EXPUNGED]) were reported to SCP, SCP-612a was simply believed to be a particularly violent child who had taken with an obsession. SCP-611, 612, and 613 were all discovered simultaneously, and ordered to be retrieved. Attempts to retrieve SCP-612 were met with extreme violence. Four Level-D personnel [DATA EXPUNGED] before 612a was taken in with SCP-612.
On SCP-612a's eighteenth birthday, SCP-612a lost all interest in SCP-612. SCP-612 was moved to Site 19's High Value Item Storage Facility, and SCP-612a, upon request, was made Level 2 personnel. Six months later, the individual formerly classified as 612a was demoted to Level-D after sexually assaulting Dr. █████. Individual was killed while trying to introduce SCP-611 to SCP-517.
